I had a friend apply with similar stats, and she earned a generous scholarship from Washu. I suggest checking that school out.

1. Are you a URM?
2. You should apply to more of the lower T14, plus UT/Vanderbilt. I'd say take the Florida schools and George Mason off of the list.

There's no sense in applying to schools you'd realistically not attend, unless using the school for leverage. With your numbers, you've got a good shot at lower T14 with maybe a little money. Unless you want to work small law in Florida or Virginia, I'd cut those lower ranked schools from your list because the other schools certainly won't negotiate with offers from them.

Also, as noted above, apply to the entire lower T14 as well. That way you can maximize scholarship leverage possibility.

Similar numbers and got $$ at mid-T14s several years ago. What I would do:

1. Apply to both Florida and FSU and get your full-ride in what looks like your home market.
2. Apply to both George Mason and GW and get your full-ride in what looks like your preferred market.
3. Blanket T15-T20 to get one more full-ride, or at least make sure you have one full-ride somewhere.
4. Blanket T14. If you're not a URM or otherwise exceptional candidate (you'd know if you were), you'll have very predictable outcomes (look at LSN), so I'd consider not applying for HYS. I probably still would just because I believe the cost/benefit would work out, but probably not all would. You might snag one of CC, especially given the drop in applications, so I'd definitely apply there. Apply everywhere else, NYU to GULC. You'll initially get offered no $ at schools at the higher end of this range, some $ at schools in the middle, and probably over half-tuition at the bottom of the T14. You can then negotiate up to $20K/year or so more on their initial offer if you play it well.

That's your cycle (if you're non-URM). Over the next several months, don't get ahead of yourself, but start thinking about your preferences given these options.
