I'm not entirely sure, but I would guess you're competitive at most of those schools for admission purposes. Somebody who is more familiar can tell you your chances as you stand.
However, if you're still in school and you think you can hoof it and get your GPA over 3.0 before graduating, I'd seriously think about sitting out this round, working your butt off to get your LSAT as high as you possibly can by next fall, and applying next year with a 3.05/170. It'll open up a bunch of options both for schools and for scholarships.

Do you have a GI bill or something to cover the cost of law school? With those numbers, any law school you get into won't be worth a dollar of debt.
And to answer your question, I'd be surprised if you got into the schools you listed. Perhaps you'd get george mason.
