Where should I ED? Chicago / Northwestern / UPenn?
(Please don't tell me to retake LSAT because I have already took it 3 times)

Nowhere... you won't get Northwestern's ED scholarship, so apply broadly and negotiate your scholarships. You could be looking at Cornell at a really good price.

If I don't really have a chance for Northwestern's ED, isn't it still worth trying? I am considering these three schools because I saw that these schools have ED boosts.

I'm EDing NU even though I know my numbers most likely will not let me in (169/3.2) but that's where I want to go and having been an ED candidate can boost in the normal admissions. This is of course assuming I get deferred and not straight up rejected.
