You'll get in I imagine. Penn likes 3.9+
But unless your parents are paying, I would not ED. Sticker is brutal, and frankly you didn't need to apply ed to get in to penn

Agree with the above post. Apply to Chicago & Berkeley if they are of interest to you as both like high GPAs.
OP: You should be admitted to most or, possibly, all of the listed schools. Columbia & Chicago are not sure admits, however.

I'm not sure why you would ED to Penn with those numbers. If you just applied regular admission, you likely could get scholarship money from peer schools (and perhaps even from Penn itself, for that matter).

That doesn't sound like "helping", that sounds like they are paying for it. If you parents are willing to foot the bill, then go for it.
