3.82 GPA, 165 LSAT, chances at top tier?

Hello all, I would appreciate any feedback on some of my stats and my chances.
I am hoping to attend one of the top 10 (preferably Stanford, Harvard, NYU, Columbia).

Academics
3.82 GPA (Stanford undergrad)
4.056 GPA (Stanford MA)
LSAT (first try) 165 -->retaking in December
Influential Letters of Rec
Honors thesis
Academic awards and grants throughout undergrad and grad

Softs
Latino, LGBTQ, first-gen
Worked many jobs simultaneously in undergrad and grad school
Work as legal assistant for 1.5 years after grad school
Compelling Personal Statement
