3.0 and 162 (Retaking in Oct) for GW/BU/WUSTL/Emory/UIUC

LSAC GPA a little over 3.05
UGPA: 3.3
Jun LSAT: 162 (Retaking, already registered,PT at 167-168)

Soft:
PAD Secretary in Junior year
multiple volunteer, just finished volunteer for Bernie sanders presidential campaign in my state.
Undergraduate Mock Trial
Leadership position in one university student organization

My goal is mid/big law in Midwestern state to east cost, I am an international student so I cant not work for small firm (Dont offer work visa) and any government agency until I have my green card. But I do want a job as prosecutor or on capital hill after I got my PR. Which will be about 3 years after law school according to my wait time right now.

Any chance to GW/BU/WUSTL/Emory/UIUC? Or is there any good T14 - T40 school in the area ? I would like to apply for around 8 schools. LS application is starting now so I kind of want to make up a final list before I took the next LSAT.

I know you'll get at least 90k, most likely 120k, at WUSTL if you can get a 168 or higher. They will be your best bet for a low cost legal education as a splitter.

Break 170, and you have a shot at lower T14 with less scholarship. That's basically every splitter's choice:

UVA sticker if you're really lucky/have a bomb application
NU/Cornell/GULC at high cost, low scholarship
WUSTL/Minn/whatever else at near full tuition

Take your pick.

If your GPA were a few points higher I'd say you have a shot at Penn sticker or maybe Michigan sticker, but 3.0 is too low imo.
