Average softs, will have 1 year Work experience.
What are friend's chances at T14 as is? What score bump would it take to be confident in a T14?

Georgetown & Cornell are the most likely to extend an offer of admission.
A more interesting question, might be whether or not it is worthwhile to retake a 170 with a 3.35 GPA.

Depends on where OP is testing - I'd say go for it depending on your PT average. I was in almost the exact same situation with a 170 while PT-ing around 177, and retook again in June.
