3.35 GPA, 170 lsat

Post by RaceJudicata » Sat Aug 29, 2015 10:24 pm

Sorry, this is not for me, but for a friend and don't feel like making a login... Anyway,

GPA - as above 3.35
170 lsat, retaking in october

Average softs, will have 1 year Work experience.

What are friend's chances at T14 as is? What score bump would it take to be confident in a T14?

Thanks

Has "your friend" or yourself read the "PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING YOUR CHANCES" thread? It's probably a good place to start.

Georgetown & Cornell are the most likely to extend an offer of admission.

A more interesting question, might be whether or not it is worthwhile to retake a 170 with a 3.35 GPA.

Depends on where OP is testing - I'd say go for it depending on your PT average. I was in almost the exact same situation with a 170 while PT-ing around 177, and retook again in June. Glad I did, as the extra 3 points I earned put me above a few more 75ths.
