174 what are my chances of getting $ from T20?

I am an asian K-JD and since i am an international student, i don't have any numerical GPA so i can't use LSN.

174(taken once)

1. Is there a chance for me to get into CCN?
2. Is there a chance for me to get a scholarship from lower T-14?
3. Is there a chance for me to get $$ from UCLA. USC. BC. BU. Fordham. GW. UC Irvine?
