Probably 10% chance of getting in and 0% chance of money. You won't be getting a cent of scholarship if you ED unless it's at Northwestern but either way your chances of getting in are minimal. If you do get in, Michigan at 250k at repayment is not a good plan.

As is, you will have an interesting cycle. Your URM status will have to overcome that GPA, which for the schools you are shooting for, is below the 25th percentile. The plan should be to absolutely nail your last semester and bring that GPA up to a 3.45ish and retake and gain a few more points. Then, Michigan with defensible scholarship becomes a viable option.

Would you say that if I applied to schools regular decision they would get a chance to look at my first semester GPA? And I think I can get a 166 minimum with a retake. Never received any tutoring the first time just a lot of reading.

GPA is hurt by 2.7 GPA my freshman year :( wish I gave a...
