First off, undergrad law school advisors seem to be universally shitty. I have seen them give some epically terrible advice. Follow the advice on this site instead.

Second, I don't think your numbers are a death sentence for the T14, and your distance from undergrad with some real world experience helps. I've seen on LSN Northwestern admit people with similar LSAT scores and worse GPAs. I'm not sure how far down UVA will dip for a GPA, but you could try to ED there. But then you'd be paying sticker, which is an entirely different conversation about whether that is worth it.

In short, I don't think you're precluded from the T14, but you will likely be paying close to sticker wherever you go.

I've read that plagiarism will automatically exclude you from many law schools, including those at the top.

Prelaw advisors are presumptively wrong, so don't heed anything she says.

I suspect you will have a very tough time getting into a law school that makes economic sense. The UGPA would be bad on its own, but an official declaration of plagiarism? Yeesh. Check to see if any automatically deny based on plagiarism. And if you are serious about law school you may want to get a consultant, but I don't imagine there's any schools with a good enough combination of cost + job outcomes that make sense for you.
