Do you have any work experience or other extracurricular activity of note? Those factors would definitely be important for you as an international student, and I am guessing you are not URM. Depending on what country you are from, your chances would vary. Asian internationals are often extremely interested in attending university here, so in that case your softs would probably make a huge difference. Your LSAT is competitive for anywhere, but your GPA evaluation hurts a tiny bit. I think you would get some T14 schools but likely not too much scholarship money since there will be bias toward domestic students. More experienced posters can probably help with some specifics, though myLSN should have some data for you to look at.

Since you don't have a reportable GPA, I imagine you're LSAT makes you competitive anywhere. Put together a compelling personal statement and enjoy an awesome school.

There is one caveat: if your school has a comparable ranking/grading system an addendum could help here. That is presuming you didn't do miserably at undergrad though.
