You'll probably perform exactly as your numbers suggest, with the caveat that yale and stanford probably aint happening

Are you URM (Puerto Rican/Mexican American/Black)? Any academic distinctions or undergraduate activities of note? Having some strength in softs would be important for HYS. You definitely have good stats for all of the T14. But so do a lot of people. I would say by blanketing those schools you should have a good amount of acceptances and some solid scholarship offers. Just keep in mind that the less notable factors do matter.
