Not gonna weigh in re: chances. But the answer to your other question is def T-14 at full ride over HYS at sticker. I'm a EE 2L. There are jobs on jobs on jobs for EEs right now. If your end game is simply big law, it's a no brainer.

NA is hard to predict because such a small sample size, just apply widely, you'll probably do fine.

Retake if you can and want to soldify more money/acceptances
