You should consider a retake before applying. A few more questions correct and you're in solid scholarship range for lower t-14s.

Re: 3.76/165
Thanks for the suggestion Bortles. This was already my second time around with the ole LSAT and I am considering a third time. But, I really am looking for any advice on reach, steady and safety type schools. Any thoughts?

Those are your current expected results.
http://mylsn.info/3cws6v/ This is what your expected results become if you retake and get a 169/170. I'd study up. I'd also encourage playing around with mylsn to see how different lsat ranges affect scholarship money as you go up. Glad to hear you're already thinking about a 3rd. Best of luck!

Retake. Definitely retake. 4 or 5 more points will dramatically improve where end up for law school and the price you'll be paying for it.
Put it this way: right now your target schools are like gw and fordham. Score a 169 and you'll be targeting cornell and duke with $

In: Emory, BU, Fordham, USC, W&M, etc.
In with substantial scholarship: Lower T1
Out: T14
Reach: Texas/UCLA/Vandy
You'll notice that your "safety" schools are scattered geographically and are more or less considered regional schools. OBOB is right in saying you should retake again, unless you are from or want to live in a region with one of these schools and don't mind taking on a large debt burden.

Please don't encourage this line of thinking about reach or safety schools according to USNWR. They are all regional schoolsRareExports wrote:In: Emory, BU, Fordham, USC, W&M, etc.

And yes obviously OP should retake
