Barring any missteps on your personal statement, you should get accepted to all of these schools. The problem is that, with your GPA, full-tuition scholarships will be iffy. To warrant these schools, you MUST have full rides.

The bigger problem is that it seems you are picking schools at random ( I was this way when I started investigating law school). What region do you want to live in??? These schools are by no means portable.

How many times have you taken the LSAT?

A retake is going to be the credited response from the TLS choir

I'm a resident of kentucky, currently undergrad at Alabama, close family in VA and NC. I think I would be happy living and practicing in any of these states. I just want to practice somewhere in the south. Family will be helping tremendously with money, im really just hoping I could get decent scholarships at some of these schools. I also figured I could get close to a full ride to UK as I'm a resident, my gpa is around their median, and my lsat is pretty far above their 75%

As everyone else said you are likely in at all the schools. Scholarship amounts will vary. With that LSAT/GPA probably not much from Bama. I'd guess close to full rides are possible depending on negotiations at Kentucky, UTK and Richmond and probably some money, but definitely not close to full at the other schools.

Definitely retake in October.

Thanks for the replies yall. One more question: should I go ahead and apply at the very beginning of this year's cycle, or should I wait until after I retake in October?

I was averaging around 164 about 2 weeks before the test, but after that I managed to score consistently at 165 or above, with 2 169s. Haven't started prepping for October

Probably in at UNC, but not too much aid. Retake for more aid at these schools.
