2.7 GPA/165 LSAT

So, what are my chances with:
-2.7 LSAC GPA, 3.8 degree GPA
-165 LSAT
-nonURM
-mostly meh softs

Based on LSN/predictors, it seems like I have a reasonable chance at being admitted to a decent regional school, but not money?

Edit: I meant 30/40 schools.

Those will probably give you a much better idea than any anecdotal evidence anyone can share on here.

If you want T14/regional with $$$ you need 170+ so retake.
