3.46 GPA 20/93: UW-Madison Transfer Chances

What are my chances of getting into UW as a transfer with the 1L 1st semester gpa of 3.46 class rank 20/93.

I did undergrad at UW, worked for the law school for 2 years. Have letters of rec from UW Law professors.

Super stressed about it. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
