Chances aren't good. Median lsat is 167, and that GPA isn't anything to write home about.

Asians aren't underrepresented in law. Not going to help.

Need to retake for UT.

Are you a Texas resident? If so, a small chance.
If not, no chance whatsoever.

Retake really is the proper answer. Your GPA is barely above median, the LSAT is below, you aren't URM. If you are out of state, no way. Even in state, it is unlikely.
