If your work experience is impressive you should try to apply to Northwestern. It's too late for an interview though so I think it would be better to wait and apply early during the next application cycle.

fellow MA here. unfortunately very limited data, but:

t14 pretty bleak
3/3 in at UT
1/2 in at UCLA
etc.

not sure what others will say, but i'd accumulate fee waivers and blanket the t14 + those others. this will likely be a kind cycle to URMs and non-URMs alike.
