NYU won't care when you're sporting a 171+

So there isn't a downside to applying to NYU this cycle, and applying again considering my 3rd LSAT would be 171+?

You won't get NYU with 168/3.4x more than likely, but if you're willing to try this cycle while working toward your retake, they won't care when you apply next cycle with a 171+
