retake. Don't waste your GPA and military resume. Get high 160's and you'll be able to choose to go virtually anywhere you want with $$$ besides HYS

I am competing for FLEP (military pays while I stay on active duty) and this is the last year I am eligible. December is last test score the selection board accepts.

Not looking good with the LSAT score but military can be kind of tough to predict so maybe? Guessing NU and UT won't happen though

Sorry you are going to lose eligibility, but in terms of leading to an outcome where you'll actually get a job as an attorney, you need to study hard and retake. That GPA is great and you are literally wasting all of that good work applying with that LSAT score.

you might get into GW at best, but that's not really a good outcome for you at all. The other schools you list are almost certainly a rejection.

Look at it this way, if you study hard enough to kill the test the schools will pay your tuition by giving you scholarships next cycle.

Job outcome less important because FLEP means they will be a JAG at the end of law school.

That said, if you really want FLEP and really want to be a JAG, apply broadly and see where you get, because FLEP is largely indifferent to typical law school prestige.
