You should be looking at schools with strong JD and MBA programs. You might have a shot at Northwestern which is M7/T14.

Aim higher: neither GTown/Vandy's MBA OR law programs are worth full tuition (or attending period, imo).moonshine15 wrote:Georgetown or Vanderbilt joint MBA/JD Program?
Your best shot may be Kellogg/Northwestern - because they only require the GMAT for JD/MBA apps - so your subpar LSAT won't be held against you. 710 is solid, GPA's low - but can be remedied with compelling essays/interviews (which are an exercise in effort/interest - not capacity).

I don't think OP has a low GPA for b school if it is only b school he applies to....B schools are not as stringent on numbers like law school is so it is not as much of a numbers game. ......However if OP wants NW law he should retake the LSATwojo98 wrote:Aim higher: neither GTown/Vandy's MBA OR law programs are worth full tuition (or attending period, imo).moonshine15 wrote:Georgetown or Vanderbilt joint MBA/JD Program?

He has a below-average GPA for the Kellogg JD/MBA - which was the point.MattM wrote:I don't think OP has a low GPA for b schoolwojo98 wrote:Aim higher: neither GTown/Vandy's MBA OR law programs are worth full tuition (or attending period, imo).moonshine15 wrote:Georgetown or Vanderbilt joint MBA/JD Program?

I think his GPA is in line with the average for the JD-MBA program:
Average Undergraduate GPA: 3.52

Am I reading something wrong?
