3.1 and 171, non URM, MA and some WE Forum

Here's what I'm sitting with:

3.1 (one bad semester during my junior year) from a big 10 state school
171 sept lsat
Graduating with a masters in intl business in December from a stamp-y unknown grad school (4.0 not that it matters)
2 years corporate work experince with contract negotiation and vendor management

Applying: WUSTL, NU, Minnesota, GULC

I will pretty much be debt financing so $$ is really important.

My questions are, what are my chances at the above schools with any money? And are there any other schools I should add?
