What are my chances/ Should I retake

Post by cc007 » Mon Oct 20, 2014 10:16 pm

Took September LSAT and got a 162. I think I should have done better overall and am contemplating buckling down and retaking the December LSAT. I go to a good undergraduate school with majors in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy and a GPA of 3.6.

My dream schools are Georgetown and Penn but would also love to go to GW, BU or Duke, among others.

PTs varied from 164-171 with one at 162.

Should I retake the LSAT and then apply, or apply now with the 162 and take my chances, or any other ideas?

Any advice on what I should do?

Thanks! :D

Yes you should absolutely retake. Use Noodley's guide. Penn and Duke (which I'm not sure why you grouped with BU and GW) are 100% in your reach with that GPA and a 170+.
