I'm wondering what my chances are at T10.
I got a 172 on the LSAT in 2011, and graduated in Philosophy with a 3.67 from a school with a highly ranked Philosophy department in 2012.
I have slightly more than two years of experience working at an environmental non-profit, with a strong letter of recommendation from my director. I'm hoping this will be taken into consideration, especially if I'm looking to go into public interest work. NYU is my number one choice, given the strength of its PI programs. Will this help?

the stuff that was not your numbers will not make a difference, as it's not going to be very impressive (no offense) compared to your peers.
your cycle will be almost entirely based off your numbers, so, because you don't have a weird situation, use mylsn.info like the forum rules state

I applied with a 172/3.78ish (not exactly the same I know, but it's pretty close). I got WL at NYU but I got UChicago & Columbia with some decent scholarship. You should have an excellent shot at the T10 and should have decent odds at CCN.

you should get low $ at CCN if you aren't WL (which is very possible at Chicago due to GPA) and half to 2/3 scholarships at lower t14. I'd predict $40K vicinity at NYU.
fortunately, you'll get in to a lot of places. unfortunately your GPA places you in the awkward position of not being competitive for full scholarships (unless you applied to Northwestern ED, but that probably isn't the best fit for your interests), so you'll carry a relatively heavy debt burden wherever you go. but you'll have options.
good luck!
