3.0/174 - Extreme Splitter
3.0 GPA and 174 LSAT from June. Fortunately, my uGPA improved greatly with my last 78 credits averaging a 3.59. Additionally, I'm fortunate enough to not have to worry about paying for law school, as I come from a wealthier family. I'm not trying to be a dick by saying that. I mention it because the argument of "law school isn't worth the debt unless you're going to a top school" doesn't apply, although I'm sure they'd appreciate paying less regardless of their financial situation.
I'd post info about my 'softs' but I don't think those really matter. I'd prefer to be in the Chicago or DC area but what T14 schools do I have a shot at, if any? And if there isn't debt associated with the degree, do any of you think law school is still worth the time and energy?

Lucky for your Chicago dreams, Northwestern.
ETA: Apply to Chicago thru Georgetown (not saying you have a shot at all of them, but might as well apply) & throw in GWU just for kicks. You're bound to get something in the T14.

blanket T-14 minus HYS.
You should get 11-14.
3.0 GPA -> T14 is a major accomplishment.
Best of Luck.
Great LSAT = life changer.

Honestly, if you have the money why not apply to the entire T20? You may be throwing darts but it sounds like that has zero effect on your ambitions and options. Just do yourself a favor and do not "sound" like a dick on your apps.
