Do yourself a huge favor and retake the LSAT. I wouldn't be surprised if you got T14s with good money, but with a 165+ score you'd be looking at Stanford/several full rides easily.

I have a friend that got in to Harvard with a 161 and a 3.5. You're chances at HYS are slim, however you have a good shot at a lot of the other T-14s. Best of luck!

His current chances may be slim (for HYS), but what if he retook the LSAT and scored a 165+, perhaps even a 170+? Would his chances still be slim then?

No. With a 165 he might be a lock at H toss up at Y/S. With a 170 same odds at HYS but then he's looking at snatching up a Ruby, Hamilton, Vanderbilt, Darrow, Levy, Mordecai, etc.

AA female from last cycle. 3.6 with a 162.

WL at Columbia/NYU/Penn

Got into all of the other t14s I applied to, with scholly. No full rides. Even with the higher GPA you have, Id retake for HYSCCN or full rides from the rest of the t14.

Interesting. You were waitlisted at all of the top 14's that I've noticed we (AA's) tend to be the most fond of attending. I think those schools have an easier time getting top Black applicants to attend because the locales are very enticing for us compared to say Ann Arbor, Durham, or even Chicago.

I can see that. I think my LSAT wasn't quiteeee high enough to break the T6. Luckily for me I really have zero desire for NYC, and wasn't ever really interested in Penn.

What I wouldn't give for a 3.5+ gpa lol. Probably have great options at 161+ the world at your feet with a 165+
