Background:
Female non-URM lgbt, attending private undergrad in northeast on academic scholarship, triple major in history, political science, philosophy, minor in art history. Trust fund baby, so any cost of attending isn't an issue.
Received five different grants in undergrad, currently writing a thesis to be published and presented at a conference. Held a job on campus for two years of undergrad, a TA for a semester in a class for one of my majors, five different internships in government/politics, and won an award in one of my majors.
Totally screwed up my lsat, plan on retaking anyway in September, but I'm curious about my chances as it is now.
Schools: (open to other suggestions as well)
UConn (Resident, top pick)
Temple
Brooklyn
Fordham
Penn State
Cardozo
Loyola Chicago
American

You need to retake and do much better on the LSAT. None of those schools are worth attending for anything less than a full-ride and in many instances are not worth attending under any circumstances.

its very unlikely youll get into any of those schools
if you do, youll be paying sticker price with that 152

you already know you should retake. Once you retake, do not, under any circumstance, go to those schools.

since you say you're a trust fund kid, why not extend your stay in UG for a while
with your three majors i bet you prob have to take more than 120 creds anyways
work on boosting that 3.5
then worry about the lsat
tbh, the listed schools are far too much of a risk for my taste
even with zero debt, i would rather wait out a cycle than attend any of those
