What do I NEED on the LSAT to secure full-rides at schools like MI or Berk or substantial $$$ across the T-14? Testing in June

A 160+ score will get you into T-14s.
A 165+ score will get you HYS.
A 167+ will get you $$$ at CCN.

I had a similar GPA and got into most of the T-14 with a 165, I retook and got a 170 and got into H & Y (didn't apply to S). With my 165 I had a nearly full ride to Berkeley. I withdrew from Mich before I got my financial aid package.

I agree with what Zero said.

Anything north of 165 and you should be looking at full rides in the t14 and HYS. But aim for 180, obviously.
