Hi,

My background is a little different. I was born and raised in India and moved to the US 6 years back.

Undergrad Electrical Engineering : 3.7 GPA from top 10 universities
Masters in Electrical Engineering : 3.3 GPA from a top 15 engineering college in US

LSAT : 178
Work Exp: 3 years (Engineering) at Qualcomm ( a patent heavyweight) , filed 3 patents
Volunteer for animal welfare, Cancer prevention groups
Also have a unique (99.9 percentile ;)) personal story.

What are my chances in the following schools, want to pursue IP law?

1. Harvard
2. Stanford
3. UC berkeley
4. Columbia
5. UPenn
6. UVA
7. NYU

Thanks!

Sounds like you're a successful engineer, why spend three years in law school?

You should consider applying for the AJD program at Northwestern. With the EE degree and work experience, you're a lock for a 160k patent law position. AJD saves you a year of not earning money, and Northwestern would probably offer you close to a full ride.
