When did you take the LSAT?

This. The ones that ordinarily care won't.

But seriously you should retake because don't waste GPA and retake and get $$ and retake.

You have great numbers. You will have a shot at HYS, an excellent shot at $ at CCN, and almost certainly in with money to the rest of the T14. Decide where you want to work and what you want to do and choose from there.

KJD isn't great, but it isn't going to be a deal breaker for any of those schools with your numbers. If you did decide to get WE, your chances would get a modest bump, but there isn't much upward movement for you.

Also, I saw that was only your third post. Just to be clear, you DO NOT need to retake.

Retaking is sort of a running joke on TLS.

I'd recommend getting work experience anyway. It's not going to matter much for admissions purposes, but assuming it's something interesting and worthwhile, it's a nice way to round out the resume for post-law school employment. A 3.9 coming out of an Ivy should have no trouble finding gainful employment for 2-3 years. No need to jump right back into academia when your LSAT is good for five years. Go work, have fun, see the world, and squirrel away money to keep your debt as low as possible during law school.

As long as I'm opining here, get a job that requires a lot of international travel. Maybe one of the big consulting firms or something? You've basically got law school on lock, so go see the world on someone else's dime for a few years.
