Where should I apply? I am considering applying next cycle or waiting a year to cultivate excellent softs. Any advice?

What kind of excellent softs would you be cultivating in a year?

I spend a lot of my time tutoring. I was considering setting up a 501c3 seeing as I already do much of this tutoring for free. This would take time and effort and I am not sure I could walk away if it really took off.

Well, that's a perfectly good thing to do, but I don't think it's an application-changing good soft. If you want to take time off to do it that's great, but don't do it because it will help you get into law school.
