167 3.4
I would like to apply early decision to UVA for 2014/2015 cycle. I currently go there as an undergrad.
Others I would apply to if I didn't get in ED:
Georgetown
Northwestern
Cornell
UPenn
UT Austin
Vanderbilt
GPA: ~3.40
My GPA started at a 2.7 my first semester and I got off to a slow start, but I got my act together and have been consistently getting 3.6/3.7s.
LSAT: 167
not URM
instate
Double major
Do I retake or just stick with what I've got and hope for the best?

Re: 167 3.4
You already have a solid LSAT, but I would try to aim for the June, September LSAT if I were in your shoes. Even a point increase would result in different schools & scholarship money. But keeping up the good work in school is definitely important so try to balance it out.

And even if your LSAT were to drop, no reason to worry. Schools will only care about your highest score.

Retake if you're willing to do serious prep work. As is, you need to apply ED to UVa. & be willing to pay full price, in my opinion.

Not to be a jerk, but UPenn isn't even worth applying to with those numbers.
Retake.
