Re: What are my chances?
If you are okay with paying sticker (research) and you like UVA then you probably have a strong chance with an ED UVA. Like really strong.

Re: What are my chances?
If you have 2 years of economic consulting work experience after earning your MA degree, then you should apply to most of the T-14 law schools & to any other law schools which are of interest to you. Chicago is a reach, but Northwestern should accept you as will several other T-14s, in my opinion, despite low to moderate numbers. As written above, if Virginia is your target law school, then you should consider applying ED to UVa.
P.S. Any interest in a 3 year JD/MBA ? If so, consider UPenn.
