Can you elaborate on what you mean by flame major?

Nobody here is going to be able to tell you if you can get into Yale or not. Check myLSN.info and then apply because Yale will be able to tell you if you can get in or not. This post is unnecessary because people can offer you nothing that you can't see from myLSN.
Also, per the STICKIED post at the top that you should've, but clearly didn't, read before you decided to make a post:

Ignore the ignoramuses who've said your major is a flame and you have no chance. Your chances at Harvard and Stanford are very good. Yale is more of a black box, but your numbers put you squarely in the mix there too. Unless you know Miss Cleo, the best you can do is apply and see how it goes. I mean, it's obvious you should apply. I don't think anyone shy of a 4.0/180 can really bank on getting into Yale though. Good luck though!timebobby wrote:American Studies major from Northwestern, Phi Beta Kappa, fair amount of experience that lets me tell a decently compelling story. Thank you nice people! I appreciate the opinions. Honestly LSN doesn't have a plethora of people in my specific situation, so it's helpful to hear from others. And fuck the haters

Maybe?
Since we aren't Yale and no one can predict what they will do, AND you're going to apply anyway no matter what we say, there's not really much we can help you with here.
Good luck!
