UK University 2:1, LSAT 169 Early Decision or not?

Transferred from top tier liberal arts college to University of St Andrews, received Upper Second Class degree (above average LSDAS classification), 169 LSAT. One year of work experience. UVA is my top choice, but debating whether I should apply Early Decision or not.

Also, any feedback on T14 chances in general would be much appreciated.
