I hope this is a flame. You have no need to ED, you should be a lock at Penn with your grades and LSAT score. Penn's new median is a 169, and you are definitely above the GPA median.

Thank you for the reply.

I looked at lsn with my score and stat looked pretty dismal.

I guess I will work on February retake to prepare waitlists now.

I would be willing to be that a reasonable amount of money that you are in without ED unless you have a terrible personal statement or have some kind of a crazy character issue (you're a felon).

Retake away, and not for Upenn BTW. With your grades you have an excellent shot at H with a strong LSAT score (172+).
