Do I have any realistic chance applying for the Early Decision Scholarship program at George Washington with a 2.9/174? (Not a URM-caucasian male.)

I think its pretty unlikely since youre not at/above both medians.

Any 165+/3.72+ applicant would have a much much better shot.

(in case anyone isn't aware, GW ED admits get full rides)
