3.3 GPA 166 LSAT

Post by john1990 » Wed Dec 25, 2013 9:28 am

166 3.32 poor character and fitness

BU

GWU
BC
Fordham

I already took the lsat 3 times. This will be my third time applying as a 1L and my second at GWU and Fordham. However the last time was in a tougher cycle (2012) than now (2014). BU is my first choice

You'll get into all of them, but probably not with a ton on $$. Retake for 169 - UVA, NU, Gtown - at least.

But how bad C&F are we talking??? A few speeding tickets, or a few homicides?

Don't answer, he's a troll. First it was pace, not he's at TJSL, hoping to transfer east, and he's been in a situation where he had to have a spring start.

Don't feed him, he's already full.

4 misdemeanors (petty larceny, criminal possession, trespass, violating an order of protection) and a dui plus a lot of violations. No felonies though.

Were is the best place for me if I am debt adverse and want to work in DC/PHIL/NY/BOS

The LSAT score also seems to go down over time.

I endorse any plan that does not involve you becoming a 1L at your third or fourth law school or whatever nonsense story is playing out in your head right now.

Law school acceptance isn't the problem. The bar will be another story.

Even without any felonies? What do you think my chances are.

Google it or contact the ABA because each state has different rules/regulations when it comes to this. However you'll be flagged and most likely will have to go through some extensive committee reviews even w/o felonies. "Plus a lot of violations," I don’t know what that means but it also doesn't sound too solid because the Bar CF is pretty extensive. Long story short, there is no cookie cutter answer...it all depends but it'll be a long road for you.

Impossible to predict but you are definitely going to have a significant amount of hoops to jump through. You will have to provide detailed reports of every single one of your run-ins with law enforcement. You will also have to petition the court to unseal any of your sealed criminal records. I just hope you have amazing answers prepared for all their questions.

Read his post history. It's either long game troll or serious business untreated mental illness.
