3.8 / 162 / URM... WAMC?

Hey guys, so I may or may not be an URM. My mother is Mexican, my dad Costa Rican, and I was born in Costa Rica. I speak perfect Spanish and have been working as a full-time legal interpreter for 2 years for a state agency in Georgia. I graduated with a 3.8 (Philosophy) and have an lsat of 162. I was wondering what are my chances of going to a t25 school with $$$? I'm also signed up for the December lsat. My parents live in Texas so that's my first choice. I'm considering Emory and UGA (in-state tuition). What other schools should I consider? I'm highly debt-averse.
