If October was your first time taking it, I'd take it in December. Study your heart out, because those extra couple points are absolutely critical.
If October was your second time taking it, I'd sit out until Feb/June 2014 after significantly more studying and apply next cycle. You don't want to stick yourself with a low 160s score for this cycle AND, God forbid, next cycle because you can't retake until June 2015.
