3.65/170 from top UG

Hoping to get input from people with similar experience. 3.65/170 from top liberal arts (Williams, Amherst, Swarthmore) and two years of WE at T10 law firm. I know the calculators but was hoping to get some advice as to how much (if at all?) my UG will help, effect of my WE, prospects of $ from T14s, whether I should retake, etc.

They'll barely help at all, sorry. You're looking at decent shots at NYU/Penn and below.
