164/3.3 MA URM. Chances?

Hello,

I’ve maxed out my takes. Stats: 159/cancel/164 3.31 Mexican-American. I’m open to attending the best school with the best combo of prospects, schollys, etc. Ties to the west coast and Midwest if that helps.

Any thoughts guys? ED anywhere?
