Hello,

What would my chances be at Harvard? Or perhaps ED to Columbia?

Thanks!

you're in at CLS RD. You'd get $$ so I would advise against ED'ing.

Harvard is unlikely but possible.

Alright thanks! Would it be a waste of money to apply to Stanford? I know they have a pretty high emphasis on the GPA (which may be offset by the fact that I'm an engineer at a top engineering school, but most likely not at all).

Depends on how much you value $100.

Your chances are basically 0. However, would it help you sleep easier to know you wouldn't get in rather than assume and wonder?

I applied to stanford with every expectation that I would be denied and I was waitlisted with a kind word from Faye. I didn't express continued interest in the spot in June after my SO had already committed to a school in new york, so I don't know what would have happened if I'd pressed it, but I'm glad I applied regardless. (then again, my grades were higher and my LSAT lower).
