165/3.5/4 Years WE - Apply now or retake in February? Forum

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking around TLS for a while now. I was PT'ing in the low 170's leading up to the exam and exam and choked on test day. My goal is to wind up in Chicago. Have a few questions regarding my options:

I completed an interview at Northwestern, but they obviously aren't going to pay for my stats. At my interview I indicated that I planned to apply ED. Would you notify them that you no longer plan to ED, take the February LSAT and apply late in the cycle? Would a 170 put me over the edge? I would rather not wait for another cycle as I'm getting older.

Or should I apply with my existing numbers to the following schools before 11/15:

Notre Dame
WUSTL
MN
UIUC
IIT Kent
Loyola

Any other thoughts or ideas would be welcome
