You'll be fine. Don't ED, and no need for any addendums. Apply widely. Focus on your PS/whatever. If you're desperate for making Columbia a lock, then a 170+ retake is your best bet, and you could get 40-80k out of it if you land a 173+.
Unlike for Chicago or some other schools, Columbia applicants get no significant boost from ED. You just get an earlier decision and less bargaining power.
You are definitely in the running for some scholarship money this cycle, so don't shoot yourself in the foot. You're not a lock, but this is definitely your best play, so rest assured with that. Also, worst case scenario is you get waistlisted. You're not getting rejected completely this cycle with those stats (which MyLSN confirms).

I would not ED since it does not really help at Columbia. I think instead you should apply to CCN and the lower T14. I would not even be looking at UCLA. Also, what do you think Entertainment Law is? I ask this because it is a common area of interest but there are significant misconceptions about what it actually entails.

I have a BA in Arts, Media and Entertainment Management, and considerable experience in the field, so I'm fairly cognizant of what Entertainment Law entails. I really like the idea of tackling "international" intellectual property, specifically related to digital distribution.
Honestly, though, I'm a *huge* fan of contracts and labor law as relates to the arts as well.
I'm applying to Columbia, because they have a strong international focus, and it's essential to be well-grounded in international law when you're talking about producing art.

Also, I have no intention of apply to Chicago, the school is far too conservative and dry for my taste. I'm a Chitown resident, and the UChi law people I know are insufferable.

Also, thanks dongdong, that makes me feel less panic-stricken.
