What are your thoughts on early action vs. retaking the LSAT.
GPA 3.32
LSAT 161
Practice LSAT's were usually around 163-165, but I didn't get to one of the games on the test. I feel pretty confident on getting at least a point or two higher but then I wouldn't be able to apply early action. So retake or early action?

A higher LSAT is going to be far more helpful to you than applying two months earlier. You really need to get up to OSU's median to get in since your GPA is below average. I would certainly retake.

I'm definitely leaning that way but OSU's median did drop to a 160 last year.
