You stand a good chance at Cornell and GULC. But the answer to both your questions is no. Are you considering a retake? 2 points and Penn is yours with an ED.

It will not negatively affect you. But you do lose the ability to ED to schools with November/December ED deadlines. Have you considered Cornell? Your numbers match up pretty well.

Are you a Texas resident? If you are I imagine you'll do very well $$ wise at UT. You'll also get in out of state almost for sure.
