Retake. That's the worst LSAT you can get. I'll tell you why:

Obviouly, you're intelligent enough to get into the 90th percentile of test takers. But the problem is, now schools like Fordham and BC are open to you. With NO money probably. You're not going to take a full ride to St. Johns because...well YOU GOT A 164! and you're better than that because Fordham wants you. Now you sign up for Fordham and loans and 3 years you're jobless with $200k debt.

Retake, get a 168-170 and go to a T14 or big scholarship to a lesser ranked school.
