If you really want uchicago, ED is probably the way to go -- you wont get in RD with those numbers.
You should be Ok at Duke RD.

Most likely out at Chicago even with ED because you're below both medians.
Not sure how much ED helps at Duke, but you're at their GPA median and one point below LSAT median. It may drop to 168 this cycle. I think you have a good enough shot without it.
You'd likely get in at Cornell, Michigan, and GULC with $ too though.

I don't like advising ED because I don't like the idea of encouraging people to lock themselves into sticker price. And I don't think it provides much of a boost at most of these schools. But if you were to insist on using it, I imagine since your GPA is above NYU's median, you'd have a better chance at NYU than Chicago.
